I was unable to find Roy Little's obituary on the web, but here is what I copied off ACF forum:

Long time ACF member Roy Little passes:
Roy C. Little, Oklahoma City Oklahoma passed away on 10/04/2021. He was 85 years of age. An ACF life member he also served many years as district 8 manager. He was a several time state champion and played in many National and Southern tournaments. Roy's son Marty called me with the sad news and sent me the above information.
Could someone help me get this printed in the ACF bulletin or give contact information. Roy requested his family see this was posted and printed. Roy was a good friend and mentor I played him for the first time in 1977 at his house. He beat me like a drum and still enjoyed beating me to the very last. RIP Roy Little. Many of us know Roy as a long term contributor to the Unofficial World Championship Checker Problem Composing Contests. Roy Little won 22 of them, and he is the current winner with his entry Rainbow in Contest 57.   RIP Roy Little.
